Over the last 10 years, Marcos has been working at the intersection of branding, graphic design and communication, connecting people and brands to amplify their potential.
He has a bachelor's degree in Visual Design from FAU/UFRGS, during which he helped organize several design events, won a scholarship for a one year exchange program in Amsterdam to study branding and communication at InHolland Diemen, and founded Faísca Design, the student-led design studio of the university. Marcos also co-founded Brio Design Co., which started as a designers' collective to develop self-initiated projects and evolved into a hub of creative professionals that collaborate on selected freelance projects.

He's passionate for manual processes, typography and creative tools, and loves using that to amplify and help causes he believes in.
